  4. Receive franchise disclosure document (FDD)

  5. Look for the best possible store location (the TKK Team will provide professional recommendations for location screening and final approval)

  6. Sign franchise agreement and lease for approved store location

  7. Store Renovation (TKK Team will provide a standard store layout and interior design, interior design must be approved by TKK Team)

  8. Training Program (provided for up to two people and usually finishes in two weeks)

  9. Grand Opening (the TKK Team will have a senior staff member present to assist you during the grand opening period for up to two weeks to ensure smooth store operation)

  10. High fives and continued support from the TKK Team

Traditional Store (1500 to 3000 square feet): $396,800 to $1,399,000

Non-traditional Store (located in an airport, hotel or resort, military installation, school or university campus, train station, subway station, casino, theme park, sports stadium, enclosed shopping mall or similar location): $396,800 to $419,300

Traditional Store Franchise Fee: $37,500
Kung Fu Tea or Affiliate: $25,000
Non-Traditional Store Franchise Fee: $25,000
Training Fee: $10,000

Other costs

Equipment Costs(depends on size): $100,000 - $150,000
Renovation Costs(depends on size): Varies

Royalty Fee: 5%
Marketing Fee: 2%
KFT Franchisee: upon request
